Our FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Peter M. Pollock
Peter M. Pollock is a seasoned professional with more than three decades of leadership experience in the military and business sector. Following his retirement from the Air Force, he served at USAA for 6 years in Business Strategy and Planning, Executive Recruiting, and Project/Program Management. He followed his time in the corporate world serving as a Deputy Division Chief in the A1 at AETC Headquarters. Peter currently serves as an adjunct instructor for the Global College of Professional Military Education, where he facilitates the Leadership and Command course for mid level officers.
Peter retired from the Air Force with 24 years of service in 2017, with his last assignment as commander of the 18th Force Support Squadron. He has held several key positions in Personnel, including AFROTC instructor and squadron commander, both in-garrison and deployed. Peter has also served as the Director of Manpower, Personnel and Services for the United States Air Forces Central Command.
Peter was born in Las Vegas, Nevada and spent the first 17 years of his life in Australia. He graduated from Maryknoll High School in Honolulu, Hawai’i in 1988 and went on to join the AFROTC program at the University of Hawai’i. He received his commission in May 1993 and has served at the squadron, group, MAJCOM, and Joint Staff levels.
Peter is married to Akiko Shirota of Okinawa, Japan and has two daughters, Reina and Emily
